Low days while job hunting after 13 years as a janitorial supervisor

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
