Low days while job hunting after 12 years as an HR coordinator

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
