Low days while job hunting after 12 years as a recruiter

After a layoff as a recruiter I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
