Low days while job hunting after 12 years as a line cook

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
