Low days while job hunting after 12 years as a dental hygienist

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
