Low days while job hunting after 12 years as a call-centre agent

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
