Low days while job hunting after 11 years as a procurement assistant

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been a long 18 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
