Low days while job hunting after 11 years as a call-centre agent

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
