Low days while job hunting after 11 years as a call-centre agent

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Hartford, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
