Low days while job hunting after 10 years as an operations analyst

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
