Low days while job hunting, administrative assistant here

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
