Low days while job hunting

After a layoff as a warehouse supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
