Low days while job hunting

After a layoff as a bookkeeper I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
