Low days while job hunting - 9 months and counting

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
