Low days while job hunting

I sent 5 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
