Low days while job hunting - 8 months and counting

I sent 14 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
