Low days while job hunting - 8 months and counting

I sent 9 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
