Low days while job hunting

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
