Low days while job hunting - 7 months and counting

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
