Low days while job hunting - 7 months and counting

After a layoff as a mechanic I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
