Low days while job hunting - 7 months and counting

I sent 10 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
