Low days while job hunting

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
