Low days while job hunting

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
