Low days while job hunting - 6 months and counting

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
