Low days while job hunting - 6 months and counting

I have been out of work for 5 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
