Low days while job hunting - 6 months and counting

After a layoff as a customer-service rep I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
