Low days while job hunting

I sent 9 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
