Low days while job hunting - 5 weeks in

After a layoff as a production planner I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
