Low days while job hunting - 5 months and counting

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
