Low days while job hunting - 5 months and counting

I sent 14 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
