Low days while job hunting - 4 weeks in

After a layoff as a payroll clerk I am finding mornings difficult. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
