Low days while job hunting - 4 months and counting

After a layoff as an electrician's helper I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 15 weeks. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
