Low days while job hunting - 4 months and counting

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
