Low days while job hunting - 4 months and counting

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a barista before this. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
