Low days while job hunting

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
