Low days while job hunting

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
