Low days while job hunting

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
