Low days while job hunting - 3 months and counting

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
