Low days while job hunting - 3 months and counting

I have been out of work for 2 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
