Low days while job hunting - 26 weeks in

I have been out of work for 26 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
