Low days while job hunting - 26 weeks in

After a layoff as a forklift operator I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a forklift operator before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
