Low days while job hunting - 25 weeks in

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and this week has been the hardest. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
