Low days while job hunting

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
