Low days while job hunting - 21 weeks in

After a layoff as a delivery driver I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
