Low days while job hunting - 21 weeks in

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
