Low days while job hunting - 19 weeks in

After a layoff as a welding apprentice I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
