Low days while job hunting - 17 weeks in

After a layoff as a warehouse supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
