Low days while job hunting - 16 weeks in

I sent 6 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
