Low days while job hunting - 14 months and counting

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
