Low days while job hunting - 14 months and counting

After a layoff as a welding apprentice I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
